Mr. Nightime is back in paramedic mode......

The wife is down for the count with a bad back, and is in a lot of pain, so I am in paramedic mode. Took her to physical therapy, and the pain killers are helping her sleep, but she is not used to being in this type of pain. This is going to be a long few days to be sure.....

Ouch - I feel for her! Does she do chiropractic? I find it very helpful - fixed my glass neck up a treat yesterday!

I hope she feels better soon!

My brother swears by one also, but it hasn't reached that point. This is a muscle issue, and her PT is doing ok by her. She is actually feeling a lot better today, as evidenced by the fact that she is walking upright instead of like Quasimodo....the PT doesn't thing it is a disc issue....

I'm glad she's feeling better!

Bad backs are the norm for me. What with all the lifting and twisting I do at Premier. Loads of fun...NOT. Tylenol for Arthritis durring the day and Tylenol PM when needed.

Chiropractic can also be of benefit as an addition to PT

Chiro - - all the way. My other half has a bad back due to an accident two years ago, the chiro saved his life. I hope she feels better soon! I've seen the pain he's in with his, so I can imagine she's not feeling any peppier....:(

a good physical therapist makes all the difference. I turned into an old lady with bursitis in my hip a couple years ago.... it would have taken me FOREVER to heal on my own, but my PT fixed me right up.

I'm glad she's mending and hope it continues.
